Im going to skip the fact that people in medieval times can chat with each other globally for the sake of the game ... But at least make it reasonable! Have a Satellite dish building that you have to build in your city in order to talk and read comments from global chat. You can still talk in clan chat without but to be able to talk and read in global chat you need this building. Space is 3x3 cells and HP at 1000

Meh.. I for one never go on the global so I wouldn't even build this thing, so if people find it useful, then why not.. if they don't.. well, that's it.
Definitely not. For one, adding another new building makes it harder to three-star. Secondly, i don't think it contributes in any way to the game. And lastly, i don't know you and i don't know if you're handsome and smart, so I'll refrain from voting on your poll, lol.
