Trophy push, farm lavas etc.
Imo you should go to th10. You can trophy push farther than a th9 and also get de better ( my experience ) ( cba to update sig ) but you should go to th10 to get the troops. Walls mean nothing with jump spells and earthquakes. Legos are good enough. You have high Heros. If you were to stay th9 and grind Heros, you would lose days on upgrading your spells/troops. Go for th10
Your heroes are pretty good for th9, so I would say farm the lavas up for a little while. But, if you're really wanting to upgrade, then you're already at a good place to do so.

Really it depends on what you want, im in about the same boat, little bit behind you. Ive decided im gonna stay a TH9 for as long as it takes me to get bored. I kinda like being one of the stronger members of the TH im at, and I find 10 a bit daunting tbh.
I think it's better to upgrade & go focus on the offense more once you get to Th10 because upgrading walls is not fun at all. Use elixir to get all your offense up & use the gold you get on walls. Yes, I mean, go for Th9.5.
It's a better option than staying at Th9 and doing only your walls with both your resources.
At Th10, till the time you get your troops up, your Walls be be all Lava. After that, you can focus on getting your defense upgraded.

Pushing trophy will hit the ceiling as compared to more develop TH10, so it's better to upgrade if you plan to trophy push.
