There are already tons of software and in-game apps that help people get an unfair advantage. In fact, the primary reason for one of the previous updates (which changed up how war attacks work: starting a battle always counts as an attack and you can't exit early without wasting your attack) was targeted towards players with software that could display trap and tesla locations. Prior to that patch simply scouting a base during war day with said software turned on can allow players to see trap locations. After the patch Supercell changed it such that trap and tesla location information is not sent to the client until the attack is started.
Software also exists that help people find desireable matches more easily, with toggleable options such as "Gold more than x", "trophies more than y", and other options. Therefore, making an army training process able to be automated would only help these software make the entire looting process nearly, if not entirely, automatic, which is very unfair to hardworking and legitimate looters like me.
