SC, I'm Losing Interest

Clasher for a couple of years, have spent a fair amount of money on this game.

Hitting Next 100 times between bases is not fun, and neither is jumping around leagues to try to find that sweet spot that will disappear within 2 hours. I'm not sure of the total sum of what you guys did to the economy since a year ago, but you have effectively ruined the game for me.

Also, not allowing upgrading heroes in war is probably one of the dumbest (or laziest) decisions I've seen from a video game company in a long time. What happened to the mantra that you make a fun game first, and the money will follow?

I won't be spending any more money on the game in it's current state. I'll log in to war, and collect my pumps, but I don't see myself playing much more than that.

Sounds like you burned out. Nothing wrong with taking a break until you feel like playing again. The game does have some issues, if they take their toll on how much you enjoy the game it's time to stop playing (for a while at least)

I looked forward to this summer. Got burned out a week into it. Have done the same thing, took all summer to get enough de to upgrade aq from 20 to 21 considering I did only wars and spent a fair amount of de each war as I'm th10. Since she's upgrading I haven't warred at all this week, logged in twice a day for collectors.

Been playing since 2013 and am now just waiting for th 11 and the new de troop and/or spell that flys along with it. Hoping to see clan war tourneys also along with heroes during war. Even though I had heroes all summer I'm still looking forward to this because I know I may start playing more especially if tourneys become available to the entire community.

I think we all know sc has plans because of the dark barracks and dark spell factory having available slots, so all that lies ahead of me (not speaking about the entire community in this situation), is time

Farming in champs is the best way to not lose interest. I've been farming uo here for about a month or so. Gives farming a little bit of a challenge having to stay above 3100. The only time I don't play that much is when I have work and literally don't have time to play. This is also not very hard to stay up there considering you get sniped for only like 1-5 cups every 12 hours.

Considering that SC is a business at the end of the day, they still have to try to make the most profit they can...because maybe this game will not be around in the next 10 years so always planning ahead. May sound like I'm getting of track but this is with the hero being able to used during war, I for one actually wish this not to be implemented. Maybe due to the fact that I gem my hero times so that way I can always war with heroes.

Generally when you start losing interest, taking a break and playing less of the game brings you back into the game. Also, new updates can surely change your feeling towards to the game.

Heroes unavailable for war is probably the best decision for the company. Whether you like it or, loads of people spend money on them only.

IF the game was better people would spend more money. Not having heroes for a main part of the game (war) is pathetic game design.

Just take a break man I rage quit afew times...the last time I rage quit was loosing connection 2 times wen I was 99 trophies off champs( I no that wasn't the games fault) but I lost like a lost 60 cups in a matter of 5 mins lol i didn't open the game till this week for the first time in 4 months..

I literally have multiple clan members who only spend gems on heroes during war. It's a cash cow.

The reality is these are all just challenges of the game. Waiting is hard. Nexting is frustrating. Zapping is terrible (oh wait they fixed that). It's a love hate relationship. But I for one keep coming back and I bet you do too. I get sometimes it is therapeutic to vent.
