Warning!!! Somebody pretend as supercell "in-game"

Before few days I contact hay day support from "in-game" help system because i notice some suspicious about my farm. Person by name Daphne asking me in which city I play, screenshot with last Google Wallet purscase,when I created account. She ask me that many times. After I told where I live, she start remotly change chanells of my TV and soon I lost access to my farm. After that I send many messages from in-game,but nobody respond to me. I play hay day one and half year .I download all my app ONLY from Google Play Store. I trusted you,Supercell and now I lost farm. Please,GIVE ME BACK MY FARM. When you "help" me blocking me,you "forgot" send me recovery code

I suggest you both post this in the Bugs and Issues forum AND send a private message to a moderator explaining exactly what happened, especially how you came into contact with this "Daphne".

What is not cleare here? I contact supercell support from in-game help&support system. This system is NOT SAFE. I dont know how they ♥♥♥♥ed this. But I know this- this "in-game" support by helpshift which supercell use in game have out of date certificates. Like this forum too.

Contacting support from within the game is perfectly safe and will put you in contact with Supercell Player Support directly.

What you are describing sounds like an ownership claim of the account. During an ownership claim you will be asked questions about your game so they have proof who the owner of the account is. Also they will temporarily lock the account so they can get the person who is playing your game off the game.

Contact them again through the game settings if you didn't receive a recovery code. If you can't you can try setting up a new farm and contacting them from that one or email them directly at hayday.feedback@supercell.com

No,she not asking me anything about my game,she ask me where i live and play,what is my last google wallet purscase and exactlly rigtht date and month when i attached game on google account. After that i lost access to game. Game request recovery code.
I cant start new game. New game also need recovery code.
And I sent e-mail on that address too. But all I got is automatic reply.

Those are exactly the type of questions they do ask in ownership claim cases.
Unfortunately that email address does that. Please reply to it again to get someone to look at it.

Really? That question look as phishing, scum. Supercell dont have ability to see google walet purscase, they said this on help pages.
She was insist that information which im not give her,im not that stupid. I post about this on g+ hay day community. One guy was courious and he check what i talking about. He contact hay day and "they" asking him same question. And he stopped then, he notice like me that hay day use unsafe "in-game" help support by helpshift. I contact even helpshift and only their answered me

If you contacted them directly from the game and they respond directly through the game you can be sure it is player support you are talking to. They very often ask for a receipt of a purchase in case of ownership claims of the account. As long as you communicate with them directly through the game it is fine.

I send private messages to all moderators with "supercell" in name, even administrator. But nobody respond yet. This is how supercell care about players safety. I suggest all players do not contact help&support within game. Game in Google Play is malware

And no, after they STOLE or block my game they not communicate with me. I have LEGAL download app, never used anything which break their rules

Ok, I'd recommend All players in fact Only use in game support.
just to correct you on that point.

Meemeeme, using in game support will solve your lost account, player safety as you say isn't the concern here, it's getting back your account.

Im not shure they will back to me my account. I wait 4 days now for recovery code.

Send a reply to that automatic reply you received from that email you sent just now. Only support can help you get your game back. Or follow the contact support in-game system.

There is nothing more we can do for you via the forums so I will close this thread now.
