Hi, I've recently bought an used phone and I wanted to start playing Clash of Clans but when I log in I always find the previous user account ( he probably spent 5 minutes on it ). I'd really like to start a new one on my own.
I'm using an iphone, I tried switching game center account and reinstalling the game but nothing changed.
Any help is appreciated.

Did you finish the tutorial? I may be wrong but if I remember right the option to switch accounts will not appear until you finish it.
You should've or the seller should've reset the iPhone back to factory settings before giving you the iPhone and using it. Obviously, this has not happened. Reset the iPhone and before opening Clash of Clans, log in to YOUR Gamecenter account and it should load up.
Yea the tutorial is finished and I didn't reset it because I bought it from a friend who used it for like two weeks for work so none of us did really bother.
Any other ways? I wouldn't lose anything I got in it and I guess iTunes account will restore that account too
Changing GC should definitely work unless you are not doing it correctly. Even if you delete coc and reinstall it will still have the previous village so its no use.
Make a fresh apple account, log in gc and then load the village. I think the old owner didn't link his coc village to his gc and when you logged in with yours it became your account.
