Some ideas for new troops

I was wondering, if there were wizards, how come there's no witches?

Witch
Elixir to train: 2000
Flying unit
Fav target: Defenses
Targets: Ground
Attack type: Area splash (like the area of a Wizards' tower)
Attack area: Radius 4 tiles
HP: 130
Housing space: 7
Moving pace/sec: 18
Time to train: 10 minutes
Damage/sec: Lowers defense units' damage/sec (by 2 DP, once killed, defense returns to normal

Catapult
Elixir to train: 10000
Ground unit
Fav target: Buildings(x5) e.g army camp, lab, town hall, barracks, builders' huts etc.
Targets: Ground
Attack type: Area splash(functions of a mortar, meaning it has areas that it can't attack at close areas)
Attack area: Radius 7 tiles
HP: 1000
Housing space: 25
Moving pace/sec: 8
Time to train: 1 hour
Damage/sec: 36

Thief
Elixir to train: 200
Ground unit
Fav targets: Resources(x3)
Targets: Ground
Attack type: Single target
HP: 30
Housing space: 2
Moving pace/sec: 22
How it attacks: Has the ability to go over walls and defenses without being detected but will not attack resources if ANY defenses are not attacking(except destroyed ones). Thief will be walking around in enemies' village until all defenses are destroyed or attacking, the thief will stop attacking if ANY defenses stops attacking. Vulnerable to traps and stray explosions of mortars and Wizard towers
Time to train: 2 minutes
Damage/sec: 28

Phoenix
Elixir to train: 30000
Flying unit
Fav targets: Any
Targets: Ground & Air
Attack type: Area splash
Attack area: Radius 4 tiles
HP: 1780
Housing space: 25

Special ability: Heals itself 25 HP/sec

I was thinking of knights, pirates, medusas, shinobi, random beasts,bandits, trolls, ogres, orcs, zombies(lolz, crossbowers, centaurs, minotaurs, unicorns(beast of possibilities)/(rotfl for some people), golems, werewolves........

Thirds are way too overpowered.. 15x damage to resources?! And can jump over walls? Exactly. no. They will never bring a troops like that ESPECIALLY If it only takes up 1 space. Sorry bud u have to think not just about you attacking and how tht troops will help u attack, but what happens when someone raids u with thirds and steal everything...

any specific changes do the above troops need? apart from the 15x part

Most of these are pretty awesome, but I have a few suggestions for changing the thief. x3 is good, but I think they should have much less life, and are undetectable until they begin attacking something, as in, upto the moment they land their first hit. I also think they should've much faster than barbs, like gobs but even faster. Oh, but since they're so much better than goblins, then they should have like 20 health, yet cost more, but not too much more.

and the witch seems too much like a feminine version of the wizard. I think instead it should affect units around it like a healer, except by increasing damage or something like that. Or wait, even better! Maybe it could have a special ability like poison or something, that does a fifth of the witch's normal damage once a sec, for like 5 seconds to whatever it hits.

And for the Phoenix, considering it takes as much space as a pekka, I think it needs much more health. Maybe 1800 with 20 hp/sec heal, since 8 really is about nothing.

not really copy,it's just that I didn't scroll and search for those used ideas, coz these ones just popped up in my mind, btw the one Jsacks did was also an idea of mine, but never started work on it......

i have a great idea to it's called the worm this unit can dig it self under ground and so they can get dig themselves under walls when they have something they like to attack they pop up and can get attacked but when that's finished they will dig themselves in again the stats of the unit would be something like this

speed: 15
hp: 250
time to train: 10m
housing: 5

It's a cool idea, but now... well, now we're just getting a bit too off topic, and to be honest, i just dont see a worm type unit for this game. for another, amaing idea, but i dont see it happening, mainly because of the idea of a unitdiving underground and being only present for a few moments, and because a worm is just... ... ... not even related to the current units.

hey, but i see you got the others figured out. maybe the pheonix could do more damage. although you should try and get someone from supercell to take a look at it.

actually I can't overdo Phoenix coz, it is indeed area splash and if it does more damage than dragons and recovers per second, it actually would a bit overpowered, sticking with the current stats would be best and now all I hv to do is to get some ppl to comment, and someone from Supercell to give some suggestions and buy my idea.

i didn't notice the splash damage, although with attacking units that barely makes a difference, since buildings are generally too far spread apart for that to affect more than 1 at a time. what does make a difference is if it attacks once every few seconds. but splash damage doesn't really do anything...

Although now that you mention that, you also gotta come up with how often they attack. But yeah, the ides are pretty defined already, which is pretty cool, i just hope a dev takes a look at this.

Good idea... But if there's too much troops, then it'll make CoC gone off from the first goal, to achieve trophies ;)

I like the witch Idea maybe it could be like a healer but units around a certain radius do extra damage until witch is destroyed .

Top idea and great detail, suprised you didnt include artwork lol.

I like witches they should fly on brooms, also diggers to dig a hole in front of walls for other troops to move under fast instead of shooting over or destroying walls. Soldiers or warriors with great health points to hold off towers and troops while your army does damage. gunmen with shotguns that do area splashes.. Ghosts or demons that are invincible for the first 20s of deployment. ANY other troops will be cool the more troops the more fun

With ghosts, you deploy one every 19 seconds, perma sheild the whole battle -.-

Here's an idea:
Elves they are like archers but they have special powers to do 2x damage to defences and that is their favourite target
they use bows and have pointy ears and ride horses
Dwarfs
they are small and fat like a mini giant and you can upgrade there armour to make their hit points go up and upgrade their battle axes to make their damage go up
Orcs
they are big creatures who ride wolves and do mass amount of damage to clan castle troops but they take up 30 spaces and
cost lots of elixer

And also for wizards you could buy spells for them and upgrade them that would be awesome. A

And like barbarians with throwing axes and a barb tower that throws axes at their enemy's!:O

Come to think of it I did watch the lord of the rings yesterday so that's where I got the ideas from haha

My family is a big Harry Potter, Lord of the rings stuff family :) But now they live in London, which is guess could be better, save $2,000 by staying with them for 1 night instead of a hotel -.-

guess only the Phoenix is the only feasible unit for Dark Barracks......
