i have th7 base which will be upgraded to th8 in 1 week.....my friend and i created a claan 20 days back...since we created we have members sufficient for 10-10 war and we leveled up our clan to lvl2....presently there r 18 people in our clan
all those members r staying temporarily for war and leaving..
i want some permanent members to fill my clan....
friends anyone please help me how i can do that.

Try posting in the looking for clanmates subforum. This really does not belong here. Often when building a clan, friends of friends of members are a good source. Also, being around and donating helpul troops is likely to help you retain folks.

Honestly, I'd suggest you to don't start your own clan until you are a maxed to almost maxed TH 9 unless you have 5-6 close friends willing to join. But if you still insist then look for low TH 7s and below and help them grow with you, that's one sure way of having some loyal members.. Also try making some friends from global then invite them over.. It's a tough road but very doable! Just don't expect high level players to join and stay.
Just keep recruiting members. Some will stay and some will leave. But you will fill up. It just takes time.
You could always join a clan (preferably a LVL 5+ with a large amount of members) stay there and learn how they do things, and then maybe suggesting you set up and run a feeder clan for them.
That can be helpful as members of yours know they can go somewhere to get stronger troops if needed, and also members of the original clan may pop to the feeder when opting out of wars/heroes down etc.
I do think the introduction of clan perks (whilst great for those of us in Lvl 6 and Lvl 7 clans) have made it much harder for new clans starting up.

I watched one guy get 40 people kicked out the clan by a disgruntled co leader, and he managed to get the clan back to 50 new members by the end of the day. Level 3 clan. All the members were around level 10-35 but still. If you work for it hard enough the clan will fill.
