A lvl1 cannon is the most dangerous weapon in the game, but it can be destroyed very easily because of the low dps so I suggest placing 16 pieces of lvl1 walls around it. With this my th9 account wins at least 1 or 2 defenses each war (well the 4 teslas, traps and 3 maxed cc valks also help a bit).
