All TH levels should be able to instantly train a red flag for 10k gold. It will have no housing space and you can only carry one at once.
The red flag can be deployed the same way as any troop. It will not do anything, and defenses will ignore it. It will act as an obstacle, it will cost 10k gold to remove.
The purpose is the red flag is for players to "flag" TH trappers and other raiders will be prepared for teslas, or to "flag" a base asking for the guy who is nexting to bash the base.

This will just be abused. What better way to inflict more pain than to plant a red flag on a base you have just obliterated. Or a revenge target with no loot offering.

To those who don't get it; it's like a clan castle flag. It is left on a base (similar to a tombstone.) to inform the attackers this isn't trapped townhall. The user pays 10k gold to remove it so I should cost say a mil of gold to buy it.
Although a tombstone does alreadly do this so it would be counter productive....
