I think the lvl11 for town hall is the great idea for new update of clash of clans
with this you can get new users and make the old users happy
you can make a poster with this subject:

There aren't many that have maxed EVERYTHING. Walls, troops, defenses, there is usually something not maxed.

Yeah even the #1 in the world normally won't have maxed walls, but I do think a TH11 is coming at some point, we just don't know when (atleast I hope :))

Even if we will have a th11 soon, I don't see the point in adding a 6th builder that far in the game. Players supposedly maxed their base when they upgrade to th11, so why would they need a new builder just then? It's not like th11 will come with that many upgrades or that they will be that cheap so you can keep 6 builders occupied so a 6th builder that far in the game is a waste.
