How do I sync my game center account to my TH9 Clash of Clans village?

I had an Samsung Galaxy S3 and I started to play clash of clans on that phone, and then I did the switch village device thing with my girlfriend's iphone so I could play in both phones but later I bought an iPhone 5s for my self and I did the switch device village thing from my samsung galaxy s3 to my new device ( iphone 5s) Now, a pop-up appears saying "Do you want to load DamSPT's village with TH1? Warning: progress in the current game will be lost."
Of course not, you foolish game center, I have a TH level 9 on my iPhone 5ss.

So basically my Good village ( th9) it's link with my girlfriends game center and I want it to be with mine..

I worry if I press 'okay' by mistake.
Help much appreciated.
