I Have A Problem

Yes.

The problem is no matter what new account I make and try to save the phone's village, it always wants to load some other TH1 brand new village. I do not know why. For some reason it will not allow me to save the village on the phone.

Thanks. Where do I go to get help from SC? I tried emailing them several times and they never responded.

That's weird. If you sign-in with a brand new Google account it should not try to load any village, instead it should just sign-in without saying anything and the button on the Settings window should say "Connected" and be green.

You can contact them in-game via Settings > Help and Support button. Tap on search icon at the top right, then scroll scroll to bottom of list that shows and tap on "CONTACT US" button.

I think that's the right way to contact them. I I've never needed to do so.

I did a video capture of the problem I am having. I just need to blur out my user names and I will post it on youtube and add link here.

Contacting SC now. I cannot believe how much time I have spent on this already.
