I Have A Problem

I searched and searched for an answer to my problem, but cannot find anything.

I installed CoC on my phone and my tablet, both of which have the same username and signed into the same google account. I finally signed the CoC on my tablet into my google account to save it. I did _not_ connect the CoC on the phone to any account.

The problem is, I cannot get the village off the phone. I tried to add another account on my phone; I tried to sign into google play with another account; I tried to sign into google and gmail with another account. Nothing is working.

When I started the game I was just goofing around, but now I am addicted and have TH7s.

Someone please help. Please.

If you didn't connect the game to any account on the phone, then I think a simple uninstalling the app would erase the data and you could start over.

Sorry I don't completely understand your issue. If you cannot resolve this yourself you can email supercell support.

You need to go into the settings of the phone and look for the game and clear data from there it will act like if you just downloaded the game fresh.. This works for all android

Are you trying to make multiple accounts?

Yes, I have two CoC villages.

The problem is this:

I have a phone that I was playing CoC on. I went to sign in to Google Play and it said I was not logged on. It gave me the option to log in with two of my Google accounts. The problem is that no matter which account I choose, the game tells me if I log in with either account my village will be erased.

I need to link my village to a Google account. I just want to save this village. Creating a new Google account does not work, because that is what I already tried.

I hope that makes sense. I just need help saving this village.

For some reason, I cannot link my village to a Google Account. I tried making new accounts and linking them, but CoC always says that it will load a new Level 1 village and my current village will be gone forever.

Can Supercell link my village to a Google account?

I have a CoC village on my phone and I want to sign in to Google and save the village. For some reason, no matter what Google account I try to log in with, CoC tells me when I log in my current village will be lost.

I tried making multiple, new accounts on Google, but CoC won't let me save the village to any of them. It always wants to erase the village and start me from scratch.

What do I do to save this village? I really need help.

So you currently have two villages. One on the tablet, which is backed into google account, and one on the phone which is not backed into the account. Is this correct?

Did you sign-in on the phone (by going to Settings and pressing Google Play Sign-in button inside of Clash)?

If yes, and you backed the village on phone using a different Google account then you should be able to switch accounts and load a different village. Just go to Settings and press the Google Play Sign-in button twice. A dialog window like this should pop-up:

Then you choose the other account and another pop-up should ask you if you want to load the other village.

It always tells you that when you try switching villages.

You village is saved when you sign-in to Google Play using the button on Settings window. If the Google Play account has no other village in it then the current village is saved.

If you already did the steps of signing in to save the village then it is perfectly safe to tell CoC to replace the current village. You can switch back and forth just by signing in with different Google accounts.
