When Supercell will find a way to banish the players to change their clan ?

When Supercell will find a way to ban players to change the clan of time in time? This undermines clans who want to continue in a strong way. I am leader of a clan and I feel very hurt when a player simply enters, is 10 minutes and then leaves .

I'm a leader too dude.. It's all in the management.. My current prob is we always do 40v40 but no one chats.. All attacks always used.. Dunno what i'm doing wrong :smirk:

lol, and why would they do such a thing? Just because you are not able to keep a member for more than 10 mins doesnt mean their system is bad. Stop recruiting from Global if you get hurt so easily.

Even without having talked to the other members you know the one thing you all have in common is CoC. Try to get some conversations going by asking questions about the game. Where to farm, what army compositions are best. Ask for ideas on how to 3* your opponents in war. Once you get a dialog going people will get more comfortable about chatting and will probably branch out into talking about other things. How was your weekend etc

why ppl quit the clan?

- they can't understand the chat language.
- the clan is boring.
- poor donation.
- some people just like to leave.

we are doing 20vs20 or 25vs25
always around 39-38 attack used.

why?
- all of them are from my country , same language.
- the war time fit us all cause we are on the same timezone .
- we have good donations in our clan.

I work and study, do not have time to get over 4 hours playing . Where do you recruit if not overall, unfortunately we are surrounded by children, and we leaders need a way to communicate or just report to other leaders that player does so in and out in clans often. They could add a minimum period of time of permanence or exchange clan , then the decision to be thought . Not simply switch clan without reason.

some people have no clan and they use Req & Leave clans for donations.

Your problem is with general leaving or leaving while being in war?

If for war don't put new members in war until they are in clan for 1 week. By that time they should have enough time to take this decision. Good luck
