Galadons base defends pretty well against GoWiPe. EQ resistant overall. TH is not snipable by AQ without breaking into core. If someone hits you with 5/7 gollie raid it can be a problem but that's not a GoWiPe attack and outside your purview.
Top base is pretty open for an EQ hit along the bottom sides and TH can be sniped without a core breach.
dang really? just took 10 min copying the top base gotta switch back if other ppl think galadons is better...whats everyone elses suggestion?

I would also go for the second base layout.. it is quite an open base and if the attacker is not careful, his troops will just skip the central core, while on the first layout, it's easier for the attacker to reach the centre.
When you talk about maxed gowipe with heroes.. you pretty much talk about the chances that the troops don't get in the centre, because if they do, then the one star is assured.
