This is what I am finding. Raiding a TH8 is pointless with the loot penalty and TH9s tend to dump extra elixir into walls. Thankfully there isn't a ton of elixir upgrades beyond the labs, but with the upgrade time it isn't too difficult to farm 7-8 mil over two weeks.
