I gemmed my minions to lvl 5 for 2 gems.... Couldn't wait :p , and I noticed my xp didnt increase, So will we get xp if we finish a lab upgrade and also will we get xp if we gem? Bcoz i didnt get , If I would get some xp if i waited for 5 mins then ...:facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

If you gem an upgrade that is normally worth experience (i.e. a building upgrade) you still get full experience if you gem it. If you gem an upgrade that was never worth experience (i.e. upgrades inside the lab, hero upgrades, or wall upgrades) you will still get no experience when gemming it. Upgrading the lab building itself (e.g. going from lab level 6 to lab level 7) is worth experience, but upgrading something inside the lab (e.g. archers level 5 to archers level 6) is worth no experience.
