HOPPER PROBLEM!!!!! --Solution

Okay, so this guy joined my clan and said "Hello, I'm ____ , I'm 15 years old." So like ever other new person joining the clan he requests for troops and then asks "So what does it take to become elder around here?" And as leader, I'm fair to everyone and say, "You have to donate 750 troops a week or become loyal." The person says okay. In 3 days the person donates 829 troops and says "There, I want elder." And I give him elder. NOTE: I only had 4 elders including him and the clan had 48 members. I log off and when I came back, all members have been kicked! And he left. And I was only gone for 18 minutes!

Therefore the solution-

There should be a Cooldown for elder to kick players, 1 every 5 or so minutes between expels.
this way the clan doesn't loose all members!

i believe that is a great solution but maybe more of a cooldown time because sometimes leaders. Maybe offline to sleep

how about elders get a cool down and if supercell make co-leader only one person can get it and no cool downs for the co-leader

Need to be more careful who you make elder to bud.

Ya, I support any idea along these lines, but even then that could be a game of people seeing how many people they can kick in between the cooldown before they get kicked. I made a post suggesting they put a simple field the guild leader can put how many people an elder can kick per day. 1, 2, 3...48 (cant kick leader and self lol).

edit: its not a hopper problem too but mass clan kicking, aka griefing. :/

contains all the possible future update ideas related to clans. Yours and many others are mentioned there, vote on 11 that you would like implemented!

The solution you propose proves you haven't learnt your lesson. So instead of losing everyone you'd still lose 3 or 4 people in a 20 min break with a 5 min cool down between kicks.

Elder is a powerful position, pretty much the same as clan leader. Just dont give it out to people you barely know. Make them earn it over a period of months.
