You seem to be getting quite worked up, it is my personal suggestion to tone it down a notch ;) If you can't progress because of raiders, that means your income in-game is not high enough. Try upgrading your collectors and also raiding other players. If you are able to spend a solid 30 minutes to an hour on the game at one time right after your shield expires, you can easily raid more from other players than other players can raid from you. This isnt a game you can casually play at higher levels, you need to be able to dedicate an hour or two at a time for playing if you're wanting to progress.

I do war, I raid sometimes but not everytime. I never indicated or said that i didnt want to war, just an option for players who wwant to stay out of raids for sometime without having to use so many gems or paying real money. Cuz The fact of having peopple hammering me while im at work and taking my stuff is slowing me down to the point where i cant even level up the extractors or the walls.

While you're at it why not ask how to be good at clan wars without raiding there either?

If you don't want to play the game then don't play it. You have clearly said you don't want to play it when you said you don't want to raid.

Its like playing Mario without jumping and complaining that you should be able to play without jumping. Or playing football without wanting to kick the ball.

But fine I won't tell you to play hayday. Play Clash of Clans. Its a game where you raid other villages and naturally, they can also raid your village.

Be careful the tone you adopt, it can quickly turn into a conflagration if left unchecked ;) But I must say I agree with most everything you have to say, it just isnt possible to play Clash without raiding at least a couple times a day.

I too truly believe there should be a way to remove yourself from the PvP nature of the game (I don't recommend this game to anyone in no small part because of the way they designed it with no way to avoid conflict with other players). I would give people the option to turn on a permanent shield, but require them to log in every so often (perhaps whenever your fastest filling collector is full) so that inactive bases will be returned to the attack queue (and anyone that is allowing their collectors to completely fill up without collecting the contents is wasting resources that could be used by others). I would also require that turning on the permanent shield would require you to not have attacked anyone for some period of time (perhaps 3 days).

Sadly, this is never going to happen. There appears to be no desire to allow people to play the game without negatively affecting others. The best advice I can give is to quit if you are not already too addicted (there must be some other phones games out there with more pleasant designs) and never recommend the game to anyone.
