Don't war with new clan-mates. Make sure they are planning on hanging around and aren't just hoppers. Your clan leadership should take some time to vet new members before throwing them into a war. Until this happens you will continue to be plagued with this issue.
It is annoying but I believe the problem is SC doesn't know why they left. There are legitimate reasons to leave a clan - even during war. What I suggest is never accepting anyone who has a war timer. If people find that they can't hop mid war then hopefully this will self regulate and make people very hesitant to leave unless truly necessary.
It's their choice if they want to leave, you can't penalize them for it You accept that risk when you take them to war.
It is your responsibility as a leader to only take members into a war that will stay and dont fight bad or farm some lower bases with barch. There are several options like making a feeder clan, recruiting after war start, dont let new players participate in wars or recruit th7s with dragons at the bottom where they cant do much damage because all th7s are 3 stared anyway without help from above.
You can't do nothing about this, You can't force them to stay. Their just hopers.

Of course! You should make new members sit out a whole war before joining in. If they leave before that, you know they are untrustworthy and loyal. If they stay, you can include them in war :DQuote:

This could be a issue. They should be able to leave if they don't like the clan, the clan is abusive, unruly, etc.
I don't like clan hoppers but nothing you can do. It penalizes the people who don't hop, if you punish hoppers.
