I have never heard of a horse clashing, nevermind inappropriately, banned, or complaining about it.
Unless you meant whining. That would make far more sense.

SC has done a fairly poor job communicating the precise rules of the game--such to the point that making an active effort to learn the rules and use them to your advantage gives you an edge. OP, it seems like you failed at that. Perhaps take the next 2 days to familiarize yourself with the TOS and learn the reporting feature. I report every troll base every war. It gives a 2 attack advantage for us and deprives the opponent of a member. I also report offensive clan names if they happen to offend me, and if your name or clan description is somehow offensive and you annoy me in global, I report that too.
It's really simple to not get reported though--just don't do the offensive behavior in the first place.
What did you expect? The Supercell fairy to come and reward you with Dark Elixir for making an inappropriate war base?:smirk:
These threads always intrigue me, especially the base layout ones... I mean you make a bad layout and are surprised that you got banned? Come on, you know better
There's 2 sides to that. No, I don't go around reporting everyone's questionable descriptions or bases.
The point that people are making, but rather clouding with their high horse attitude, is that it is absolutely POINTLESS to do any of those things that you could be banned for.
You might get a couple of chuckles in clan chat. That instantly disappear when you're a no-show in next war.
I'm all for raucous banter. It's why I'm in an adult clan. Our line chat would probably merit an instant and permanent ban. But that's the place for it, where you're not gifting people an easy way out for a quick screenshot and report.
If you can't stay away from clash for two days then you have a problem.
Edit: if I were in charge of bans, you'd have a week as a minimum for such a childish action.
Some forumers here have learnt the ToS of Supercell by heart and they can show you how the two days ban is considered as a warning.
