If you war a lot as most said" Hogs " then after lvl3 get them straight back in to go to lvl4(huge war start in TH8 WARRING)
Your BK uses a builder and until you get it to lvl10, you won't see that much difference
I have Hogs at lvl4(they were done straight after my TH upgraded).
Then did farming troops and eventually BK when I'd done all my offensive upgrades(camps,barracks)..
