First i don't know how much success you'll have with level 3, I only started balloon runs at level 6. However, you may have had more success with at raid with a few tips. To my balloon brain thinks that was a prime target. I only saw 2 AD instead of 3, this either means its abandoned or new. The ADs are near the edge and unobstructed by other defence. You could have deployed balloons in the hole by the left AD there an taken it very quickly, your balloons took too long to target and it kept taking them out. Instead of just deploying that line of balloons at the bottom you should have sent several at the corner AD first, there was a hole there as well. If you didn't already noticed the pattern, they key is taking out the AD early. After you've sent a bunch at the AD you next priority is ATs, this base also had holes by several of them, you don't need to send near as many at them as you do TH AD. Teslas are about the same threat as AT but they are quit low health and only need one shot. WT are relatively harmless.

I watched your vid, and what you did wasn't that bad, maybe deploy them in little groups as a wave.
I use balloons every attack, i have lvl 4 balloons cuz im a th7.
Dont attack a th8 with lvl 3 balloons. I attack th7s en th8s with my lvl 4 balloons, and thats just enough.
So next time, attack a th6 or 7.
In th8, balloons lvl 5 are used.:D

Bassically find a base thats air defence is easy to kill, dont get ones that are protected by layers of walls. Next, deploy a giant to distract the defenses. While doing that deploy archers to take out the buildings around the air defense. Next,deploy another giant, a couple of barbs and 1-2 wallbreakers. Once you got the air defense down get your ballons and got to work 😋Quote:

Is that very effective? It seems the balloons wouldn't get released until like after 1 minute. I've found that it's better to go pure giant/healer or all dragon rather than trying to use a small force of giants to clear AD's for dragons, or to use a dragon for cleanup following giant/healer, because it just takes too long. By the time the 2nd wave is released, there is less than 1:30 left.Quote:

The weakness of balloons are their speed. They are very slow. And they are very ♥♥♥ile too.
For trophy hunter, a combination with dragons as tanks will be a very great troops I think.
