Slightly un-nerf the witch

So the witch has been nerfed several times and is no longer the OP threat she used to be. With low HP and low attack her biggest asset is her skeleton troops deployed. She also no longer lingers as far away from trouble and is more often in harms way. In order to make witches slightly more survivable in the chaos of war I recommend that, similar to the archer queens ability, that the witch becomes invisible for 0.1 seconds the moment she summons new troops. Why do this? Because it would re-establish her summoned troops as shields, forcing enemy defenses to untarget her and retarget on the skeletons. We all know that the moment a witch gets targeted she is dead. Let's change that.

The Queen's royal cloak is a special ability, you can't give that to a normal troop...

The post above me is correct but she could have a shield (drops after two hits).

or add a tile to her engagement range, allowing her to to stay back just slightly enough to make a difference... just don't give her the large range the queen has... again just enough to set her back a hair.

Summoning troops is also part of the special ability of both the AQ and the BK, and the witch doesn't seem to have much of a problem with that. IMO you've created an arbitrary restriction.

That was my initial thought, but it would simply be a reversal of one of the nerfs they've already done to the queen. I didn't want to say revert to the previous value. I thought something to disrupt targeting was the ticket. The mechanics are already there. It's magic, there is a glowing ring when she summons, etc. Plenty of probable cause there to break targeting for a moment.

Yes, but the troops the Royals spawn are much weaker than the Larry's. The AQ can spawn archers, ARCHERS, troops that can shoot, and the BK can spawn barbs that are much stronger than Larry's

But that doesn't mean you haven't imposed an arbitrary limitation. There is no reason why the witch couldn't disrupt targeting the moment she spawns troops. Your reasoning is she can't do that because that's the AQ's special ability - which it isn't really. I'm talking about a moment not a durable event. So expand the possibility. May be her magic green aura momentarily disrupts targeting. There is no reason why this mechanic couldn't be introduced. You haven't explained why the witch should be doomed the moment she is targeted.

so mass witch raids will be invincible?
If the witch was invisible for just 0.000001 secs then the defenses would constantly target larry except multi target infernos which are already too op anyways.

No thanks, if witches are used properly they are currently devastating troops.

Making them stronger, even a little just opens the door to a lot of lazy mass witch attacks.

Witches are fine. They were nerfed because they 3-started bases far too easily.

I have Level 2 Witches and I think they're great. You just need to protect them well. :)

Yes i guess a little tweak on the witches are in order but it has to be very slight cause as of now they are at par for war as other troops, although before a GOWIPE will mean an almost sure 2s while GOWIWI adds 1 more star to that shows the power of a witch. Actually this past few war youll notice that the def buildings are the once who became smarter... 1 wiz 1 pekka even if the pekka goes first archer tower will pick on the wiz rather than the pekka... just my experience maybe idk.
