Should I go to th9?

I have:
3 mortars lvl6
3wizard towers lvl6
2 lvl4 teslas
1 lvl3 tesla
About 70% skull walls
3cannon lvl 9
2cannon lvl8
1 arch. Tower lvl9
4 archer towers lvl 8
Air defense all lvl5, one lvl4
Barbs, archers, gobs, giants, and WBs lvl 5, I don't care about the others
I'm wondering if I will be premature or not, any advice will help thanks~

make those archer towers and cannons lvl 10. you dont want ANY of your spells to be lvl 5?

I'll be upgradeing spells while the th upgrades, I thing I'm gonna max defenses, and not worry about barracks, and all that

You wouldn't be too bad off but it still better to stay and upgrade and take advantage of the TH loot penalty/bonus.

Here's my base and I still have a solid 3 weeks left.

Yes, yes you do. You have skull walls but extremely low level collectors/mines? That doesn't make sense. Must have been a gemming job on the walls I assume?

shaky you can't upgrade to skull walls with resources from collectors lol they cost 500k each that would take forever

id say you are better off than most that go to TH9, but I would upgrade everything you can until you get to a resource you can no longer use to upgrade stuff with ( I currently don't have anything I can upgrade with elixir anymore so I'm debating upgrading myself.)
