first get all defences to same lvl others
I mean,for example get the new AD to lvl5
And walls to lvl 6 at least
Then,Work on splash damages
Mortars,Wiz towers
Then ur choice,If u got attacked by dragons so much,AD if not,AT and cannons
I suggest that get your traps first then max your AD other than any defenses.
Your opponent normally uses dragons.
Honestly it depends on whether you intend on maxxing or rushing. If maxxing I would dedicate 2 builders to Tesla's and AD's... Those take the longest. Best to get them done early. A builder needs to be dedicated to de drills as well. That was the route it took on my main account. It has taken me 4 months to get through 8 this way. I start the transition to 9 next week fully maxxed defensively with half skulls and a couple things in the lab left to do. If rushing get your gibarch, loons, and wiz done in lab while you fully upgrade de drills and dark storage. Dump all gold in walls then go to 9. Takes about 1- 1 1/2 months to go this route. Doing this with my alt account. It will be 9 in 5 days. Good luck.

War wise get your ads to lvl6 fast.
Hogs and drags give out a good 3star capability. So upgrade those.
Personaly had 3 workers designated on defences

I maxed out my mortars first then mage towers. Now I'm almost max th9. Worked well for me!
TH9 will happily gibarch your base for that.
After you get your new walls & other buildings to the same level as your TH7 stuff, focus on upgrading your splash defense first (mortars & wizard towers) as they provide the greatest net dps. Then move on to your AD and Archer Towers. Keep in mind you should be upgrading your farming troops in your lab, as well as working on getting that BK to level 10. cheers.
Laboratory>spell factory>clan castle>army camps>air defense or wiz tower (air defense if your into war and wiz tower if your into farming). If you have 5 builders this is what you should prioritize first.
Then do your mortars. Once your done there. Balance all of your newly built buildings to your other buildings.
If your into war upgrade your air defense to lvl 6 ASAP.
if your not then focus on maxing your Wiz towers, mortars, archer towers, teslas, traps (skeletons and giant bombs to lvl 3) then canons in that chronological order.
Then upgrade your bk to lvl10 (you can upgrade simultaneously while doing teslas or etc. but i suggest if your into war upgrade your hogs first to level 4)
