Yes it's very possible. You still need to pick the right base to get it done. It's much less a spam troop attack now (unless you are attacking a lower th)

Yes. Th7's are prey to my barches.
Been barching in champs for about a week now but you defiantly need lightning spells and both heroes to get 50 on most bases.
I get th9's and th8's to 50%+ all the time while barching as a th8 and th9.
Gotta count exterior buildings and establish the building number range for how you deploy your troops. upper 20's and you've got it easy usually.
It's quite possible. I farm most of the time in Master, as a TH10. I use barchers as my main army component, and I throw in a few giants, gobs, and wall breakers.

How to decide if a base is easy to 50%?
You just need to know which bases to pick and which ones to leave.
Here are some signs:
- all collectors, spell factories, camps and barracks on the outer side?
- Heroes sleeping or in the center?
- Xbows set to air/ground or not on the sides?
- Mortars are not on sides?
- Wizard towers are not on sides?
- CC centrlized? If not do I have a light/poison to kill cc?
If most of answers on this are yes then yes hit that base for 50%. If most are no then skip it as you will mostly lose the attack unless it is a collector base.

Yep, I barched to around 3650 before it became too hard to find barchable bases
Can still use it at 4500. Takes a bit of skill, but totally possible.

Barching in crystal 1 is hard without heros (upgrading both)
Even with a queen it is tough to get the 50%.
I have been testing out 198 archers lvl 7, 3 healers lvl 4 and queen, it gives more then 50% on th10s and often 2 star on th9.
The point is that the queen walks around the base with the healers and the archers is spred around the base to empty the collectors.

50% is definitely still possible....before dropping down to silver my th10 was barching m1/ch3 with very good results using a 4 finger chaos barch. With my th7 I use a more surgical approach 4 barbs/4 archers per collectors with reserves to hit outlying buildings...
That's what I say every time I see someone say they barch and then show a video using barch plus heroes. The purpose of barch is to cheaply acquire loot in no small part so you can keep your heroes asleep. If you have both (or even 1) hero available you are not really doing pure barch. A hero makes a huge difference in how easy it is to get 50% (especially if it is the queen).Quote:

I have no problem with th7s, a little problem with th8s, some problem with th9s and as I recall I never barch th10s (unless their infernos are dead).
I regularly 50% other th7s with 90 barbs and 100 archers (lv4 hero, farming de for lv5 and gold for walls).
I'm TH10 and barch alot. Really struggle w/out the heroes on a high lvl base. Too many 48%. No probs w/ both heroes.Quote:
