Push to Titans as TH9

I'm not planning on pushing just yet, since im only a recent maxed TH9 (excluding walls and royals). Plus since school is about to start for me and as a junior in high school i got SATs and other ♥♥♥♥ to cram for, i was planning on pushing in the summer where i'd have time.

I'm saving gems for my push (going to gowipe all the way to titans 3) so what should i boost and in what league?

Is there any advice that any TH9 titans player has for me? Ive only gone to champs and that wasnt really hard so im just curious

Well, Gem your barracks and spell factory. and i think your hero's.
