Hey guys, I just started the upgrade for max hogs like 20 mins ago😎 are they good to use in war? I haven't had too much luck with them tho. I know about Goho and GoHolowiwi but what exactly is the composition/amount of troops you bring for those specific attacks?
GOHO rocks. Base dependent of course. Usually use a max CC golems, two witch and a handful of wiz. Once the queen and CC troops are dead release the hogs. Keep a few wiz for cleanup.
If I use them, they are on tight bases. At th9, I don't use them a ton, but they are good to donate. I've never Goho or other hog attacks at th9 except on tight bases.
Thanks for the response guys, but exactly how many of each troop? Specifically hog and wiz. I also hear that the queen walk is good to clear a lot of outer buildings when using GoHo but I'm not sure.
Witches are not necessary to use for a GoHo, but I normally have like 2 golems, 8-12 wizards & ~25 hogs. The amount of troops varies depending on the base.

YouTube is your friend. There are endless hog attacks to be viewed. Start with onehive raids and go from there.

My standard GoHo from which I deviate if necessary for a particular base, currently, is three heals, one jump, CC max golem, one of my golems, two witches, 8-ish wizards, an archer, however many WB I need, and the rest hogs, often 21 hogs, sometimes more. Silly bases with an easy to reach AQ and no solid double spots I may go with just one golem and maybe even drop the witches so I can bring 26+ hogs
Max hogs are my favorite troop. Well, that or Golem, everything I ever do uses golem
