Make lightning spells do something or just replace them

Imp zapping was a legit way for lower levels to actually hurt the super high town halls that would pick on them. I remember many a time as a th7 I would revenge town hall 10s who attacked my with lightning and got loads of DE. And all of you who say they r good for air defs, they are not on the higher levels. It's pointless to spend all your spells kill one air def when they have 4. Rage or healing gets you much further. I spent a lot of many upping lightning spells and now it seems like it's all gone to waste.

Considering that's still use the lightning every war attack on my mini to take an ad, I think it still has its uses. Plus, I also use the zap in champs to help with the 50% so another use. They are also great for taking out mortars, another use. Should they also take out the freeze because it only freezes a few buildings for 8 seconds, no... Just because you don't use it, doesn't mean everybody else doesn't. Maybe they should also take out healers since we have a heal spell.

Its pointless to spend 3-5 lightning spells on a dark storage when you can use a jump or rage to get the whole thing.

You're right, zapping was a part of the game

There are 8 spells in the game and u need particularly lightning to play the game?

I think you have your answer, but taking out AD at th7 and 8 for mass drag is very common. I have also seen a guy take out an AD on a maxed th9 and then lavaloon the rest of the base with 4 hounds, but that was very base specific.

Some people have a use for spells some don't. Personally I could say get rid of haste and eq cause they are no use to me. And Goblins! What the hell is the point in those? I can wreck most bases farming with Giants and Archers.

Many things in game are used much less than others, but they still do have a use.

LOL @ all the people saying lightning is useless. Us barchers love our lightnings, takes out them pesky mortars! And I still use it frequently on my TH8 mini to take out an AD.

I zap mortor when i gibarch with my th9 and i use it with my th7 in war. Many of my th8s will use it in war depending on where the air defense is. Works good to me
