No it doesn't. With milimeters of movement one could tap in both places, in the right sequence, without realizing it. Because touchscreens.

Cars have central locking which triggers automatically once car starts moving.

Basically, all I'm seeing, here, are a few salty users who saw a gem box, went to remove it forgetting their soonest builder is available in 4 days, and in their haste and excitement, confirmed to spend 1,000 gems to pick it up.
