Boost and upgrade buttons are located on the bottom panel and to confirm you need to press a seperate button in the middle. If you are not paying enough attention to a simple thing there is nothing supercell can do for you. Since I started I haven't misspressed any upgrade boost or surrender.Quote:

There's a confirmation window. You're not accidentally clicking ONE button. You're accidentally clicking a button, then CONFIRMING your selection afterword. The chain of events are on totally separate parts of the screen, whether it be an end attack selection, a resource/troop boost selection, or a speedup selection. There's no double-tap mis-click here. You have to consciously confirm the action. That IS NOT a design flaw. That is, without argument, undebatably, 100% user error.
Can they make it harder for people to confirm these kinds of actions? Sure, but will that prevent users from continuing to make user errors? Absolutely not. And that's not even considering the fact that most of these actions have to do with using in-game currency, and the last thing any dev wants to do is make it harder or more cumbersome for people to spend their money when they want to.
The mentality of some people amazes me... You want me to go ahead and just code the game so it plays it for you? No chance of user error there!
Easy. You are tapping in middle of screen for whatever reason, palm of hand lightly touches the boost button, stray tap with finger hits "OK". All happens in a fraction of a second, faster than you can react (yay for touchscreen technology). Similar thing could happen with war surrender or any other action which requires confirmation.Quote:
