Misstapping important things

I've just surrendered in a Clan War.
Months ago I upgraded a Mine by accident;
Many ppl have already cancelled their upgrades;
I've already boosted all my Barraks by accident too.

Could Supercell please add a pressing system on important things? We're always tapping on the middle of the screen and when we misstap something, the OK is right there in the middle!

Pressing system now! At least 2 seconds of pressing into it goes!

There's a very clever system which some popular browser implements: When a confirmation dialog pops-up the action buttons are disabled for 2 or 3 seconds. After the time passes they are enabled and can be pressed.

I've mastered the art of paying attention to where I tap.

Is suggest you practice that.

focus on what you are pressing and use caution next time.

Caution on a raid? Now do I need to take care of the surrender button and not where and when I deploy Ballons.

I'm sorry, but that kind of answers don't cut it. The product needs to be fixed. It's unreasonable for millions of users to have to compensate for a fault introduced by the creator.

No amount of practicing can make you avoid the occasional accidental tap. Your device's screen size can make a huge difference too. I don't see the problem with implementing some safeguards as the OP suggested.
