The best trophy level is where i am farming now, very good. But I will not tell you, sorry.
Champs, Crystle 1,Masters?
lots of snipes around 3900-4000

It depends on what you are farming; gold & elixir, or DE.
But since you asked and stated that you are using Barch to farm, I assumed you are a young TH10 base. If yes, you should be farming for gold & elixir. I would suggest the range from Gold 1 to Crystal 2.

I guess Silver, I see a lot of TH10's there with maxed storages.
Crystal 2, 1 and master
Search for snipes, dead bases or easy storage bases and you will fill your storages in one day.
I have farmed about 160 million each in this season and also over a million dark elixir
