Are clans still able to use Fluffy tools?

We just ended a cw against a clan with 189 clan war wins.

TH-wise the matching were spot on. But we did have more developed TH9's and also we have 3 TH10 bases with max heroes (the didnt have any max heroes)

During war day they had 3 0% attacks - all of them started the countdown from 3:30 to 0 and nothing... These attacks were from 2 of their co-leaders. That is usually a sign of fluffies in action...

We didnt see any trap triggering with gobs or barbs outside ourbases - but they were really good at hitting a lot higher lvl bases than their own. Maybe they were just skilled - but we have never in a war experienced a loss like this - it was like their attacks in the last hour were close to being perfect - and that is making us really suspicious. We ended up losing the war with 2 stars...

My question is - is it possible for them to see cc troops and traps again when they are playing with their bunnies? - or do they still have to hit the base the first time in order to see the traps and cC?

I really dont see the fun for people using fluffy tools - the whole fun part of cw is to attack the base and be skilled THE FIRST TIME you hit the base.

but they did this to us
they attacked the top of us with there small accounts ( last accounts )
then they hogged us , the heal spell were exactly in the giant bomb.
there small accounts just drop archers and some ballons to see what is in the coc
my base had around 9 places for giant bomb , even my tesla are outside the base !
but they trigger it perfectly 3/3

yes.

game does not "pre-load" complete war bases before any attacks, like it did before.

Fluffies??? What???

Jst take the loss as a man.

Just have a look in the Clan Wars section of this forum. Everybody fluffies there

It might just be a very rare coincidence of all 3 attackers losing the connection just as they started attacking.

Incorrect .

Honestly, just because they didn't drop any troops doesn't nesessarily mean they are fluffing. I have had connection issues that kicked me off the server at the start of, or sometimes, during an attack. It's the worst. And I assure you, very much unintentional, and out of my control. Some of my clan mates have experienced the same thing, and it usually happens during the same war around the same time.

Yes. They can see the traps.

ETA- to your post title, yes..unfortunately fluffy is alive and well.
