New TH10 not getting attacked

Yes, Echo nailed it. For example; I was sitting on max gold and max DE waiting for a builder to become available. I attacked and logged off expecting to be attacked immediately (hopefully a TH snipe) but the attack never came. Almost 50min later I was revenge attacked for a 400k gold loss and 3152 DE loss. To add to my anger the revenge came at the hands of someone who had trapped their exposed TH, which drives me absolutely crazy!!

I'm a defenseless TH10 and I never had this issue. I get a shield in 90 seconds whenever I log off. Hence, there must be 20+ players who see your base and decide not to snipe it. Such nooobs... and quite evil not to help a polite clasher who has left their TH out.
