Anyone else notice that diamonds have become very hard to find after the fishing update? I used to get a little movie ticket in front of my mailbox that would give me 2 diamonds for watching an add. That's gone now, I haven't even found a diamond in the mine or opened a chest with diamonds in it. I only play this game because its free. I'm not paying for diamonds.
the movie ticket ones are rare now and i heard they reduced it to 1 diamond. i still get them once or twice from opening the mystery boxes though!
I've had 10 free diamonds today, 2 from fishing, 5 from a tool box and 3 from the mine. Perhaps you've just been unlucky
I got 11 diamonds from fishing yesterday and 5 from a red box. I just about fainted. :) Best free diamond day ever.
yea same, i usually get about 10 free diamonds a day :D

:P. I do get diamonds from the red trunk but hardly ever..I get mostly coins. Don't have fishing yet either.

i still get free diamonds rather easy from mining, red chest, fishing, and completing achievements :D
i can still keep my diamonds above one hundreds, all free

One day maybe.. Probably 125435 years from now, I will have more than 100 diamonds.... Lol

i always try to open every red chest i found, but i won't ever use diamonds to open the locked ones :o
if you already open the mine, just blow/dig that mine to get free diamond
or try fishing, which give lots of diamonds for new fishes ;)
Discovery rate for free diamonds feels unchanged to me, in that it's still fair (do-able but not easy).
There are days where I get no diamonds and there are days where I get over 10. Just this week, there was a day where I had 5 diamonds from mining, almost all in a row, and another 5 from a chest, and a few more from fishing.
Don't despair, and you'll get out of that rough patch soon enough!
