Yes! I have had b&e boats back to back. That was a rare thing until recently. I go thru about 200 eggs a day now. I don't have a spreadsheet or anything tracking where they go, I just know they go somewhere. Since my chickens and I have an ironclad contract that I don't ever go near them, it gets pricey. I love to make a new farmer happy by buying all their eggs. Helps them out and helps my chickens stay happy.Quote:

my mini farms make a lot of B&E but rarely ever post them for sale in the newspaper.
also, i agree map pieces and chili popcorn seem round out wheat as the top 3 things i see in the newspaper
If you never take your town past level 2 you'll never see map pieces advertised in the DD. makes shopping the DD so much better. you can only see advertisements for items you can purchase. you can't purchase maps till town level 3 so you'll never see them...thus opening all those ads for other products. like PLANKS!!!Quote:

Why is the newspaper full of wheat today? Because people need to sell a product that does not sell well to keep an add in the newspaper so people will have a chance to help them with their boat.
You can fix the wheat problem and then the next worst selling product will become the new problem.
I would suggest that boat help be separated from the newspaper. If one wants to help with a boat, click on something new that would bring up a farm that is requesting boat help. that way I would only put wheat in my shop if I really want to sell that wheat. (And same for everybody else).
I sure someone will bring up tree watering. That could stay as is or be separated. I wold leave as is, in any case they are usually done so fast I don't think it matters.
It's not broken so it doesn't need to be fixed. Even 36 coin wheat sells relatively quickly, ie within an hour or so, which speaks to a pretty healthy and well balanced market overall. If it's not wheat it'll just be something else.
I tried another game recently, similar premise to hay day, and nothing sells in that market ... placed different 10 different items at different prices on different days, and the only sale I ever made was to the game itself after sitting for over a day in the stall each time. Needless to say I'm not playing that game anymore. I guess it's not simple to balance a game so that there's a healthy supply and demand for pretty much everything. Hay Day comes pretty close to doing it IMO.
Wheat actually sells very well. I should know as it is all I sell. It has nothing to do with keeping an ad in the paper for boat help as I rarely ask for boat help as I only accept boats I can fill myself. Wheat is not the problem but, yes, there will always be ads for slow selling products as ad holders.Quote:
