Yes, remove the speed boost. And probably also slightly reduce the amount of protection the troop gets under the actual aurora as well.

Also, having the aurora on for 4 seconds with 1 second off seems a little OP. You should have a slightly longer gap between each one.

If the troop gets into the aurora twice, will the speed (or protection) boost stack?
