Glitch?

I have no troops in my CC and it says it's full.
It done this multiple times to me, it forces me to turn my phone off and on.

Is this a known glitch? Or?

So u have to turn off your phone off and on again at times? That's a real 3rd world problem, right there. Get this man some help!

It's not a everyday thing, like once three months

Clan castles seem to be pretty temperamental things

Last week my clan castle upgrade finished on prep day of war but would not allow anyone to donate those additional 5 troops. Fortunately my dinner arrived soon after and my wrath was quenched by delicious mashed potato

This is intended by developers. Staff members answered this few times. Only cc is like that while other buildings will be updated
