I know, I just wanted to be stubborn lol. I was arguing with my clan about them walls we have a guy who's is th10 with maxed defenses and lvl 7 walls, no 3 stars on him ever. Even in masters league. But thanks for the info on the upgrades, much appreciated.

DE Drills (yes they are boring but you need so much DE at TH9 for heroes and upgrades, they will be worth it)
Defenses:
Wiz towers
Air Defenses
Teslas
Archer towers
Canons
mortars
xbows for last (unless you dont war often)
I have 5 builders.
Did AQ, it helps if you can immediately take her to lvl 2 but if you are low on DE, then obv wait. And get her to 5 within a week and 10 within 30 days

If you can't keep doing AQ, then use 5th and start all the stuff like new AT, Wiz Tower, Storages, etc. Teslas as well
Once lab and SF and CC ug, get the camps up ASAP and start researching Hogs if you can, or Loons or Giants
And then keep leveling up all the new defenses to TH8 lvl, including the new Walls.
If you play in a few longer sessions a day, don't do Xbows immediately. You can only get raided a couple times a day, just bank that you might lose about 500k g/e and 3-4k de every other day or sp. If you pop in and raid, and log off, do Xbows.
I moved up in mid June and it's been going great for me
