Important "issue", no one even cares. What do I do?

They made a maintenance break today.
I think it was to fix the problems and the THING which happened and started to go viral recently on youtube, reddit and even here on the forums.
No details, sorry.

I know what you're referring to, this is not the same thing but can potentially escalate into a similar situation.

Not sure why everyone is making fun of me for not sharing details of a serious exploit.

Probably because the email reads like

I've tried everything to fix this thing and nobody cares, what else can I do.

I'm sure it's important but all anyone on the forum can do is tell you to contact Supercell, forum mods, or forum staff. Since you've done that there is nothing else we can suggest.

I'm assuming that Supercell support has a number of fixed messages that they can respond with so even though you get the "Clash is safe" message they may still look at it.

Also given how long it takes them to fix other bugs (xbow bug, AQ/tesla, troop selection, etc) a month doesn't seem like all that long. Hopefully it will get fixed soon but don't expect to be told when it does get fixed they will just roll it out in a maintenance break/update.

What do you want us to do? You claim to have an exploit, you haven't said anything that proves that's even true. You claim to have told Supercell and they basically laughed at you and told you to go away. Are you looking for a contact at the Finnish State Department? What do you want us to do other than tell you to contact SC, which you've already done?

There is one last thing you could do to get SC's attention immediately. This will work 100%.
