If it's a security issue you can't contact in-game support, and even the CoC staffers won't be able to do anything. You need to contact Supercell security directly (Supercell, not CoC).

The fact that nothing have change in a month means:
1) the issue is not a real one
2) the issue is not as critical as you think it is
3) the issue is being worked on

Anyway, there's nothing more you can do about it.
