Important "issue", no one even cares. What do I do?

Let's say I have an urgent and important "security issue" at hand. I can't go into details but it's important for SC, or at least I believe it is

Contacted in-game support, they copy-pasted that "unfair play" is impossible because of their super secure servers (ironic). PM'd a community manager, didn't care and told me it's not important (lol). PM'd two mods, one of them didn't care as well and probably didn't even believe me (ok). Seriously? This was over a month ago and the issue is still there. I contacted support again today, waiting for another ticket closed after copy-paste.

I can provide a dozens reasons why it's extremely important and should be top priority but nobody cares at all. Honest question: What do I do now? A month has passed and still no one cares.

We, the people of the forum, also can not care if you don't share the details of your issue.

So spit it out, explain what's going on and perhaps we may assist you.

Maybe tell us what happened

was someone stealing accounts or selling adult films?

I can't share details of a real actual existing exploit on forums publicly and apparently no one cares to receive it privately as well.

If this is about someone able to use 100,000+ of hog riders or giants, I'm certain the development team is taking a close look at how it was accomplished.

No, I've reported this more than a month ago when nobody cared (before that giant or hog mess up). Could be remotely relevant to that case, but probably isn't.
