Hey guys. Looking for some opinions from high level players engaged in war.
Recently went to TH10 as a max TH9 minus heroes.
Heroes are currently at BK 26 and AQ 27 (almost 28).
I was wondering whether I should take AQ to 40 and leave BK where he is right now?
Or get AQ to 30 then BK to 30 and then work on AQ to 40.
I can buy gems for upgrade time.
From what I've heard, upgrading the AQ to 40 is the best decision most TH10 players have made. It'll then allow you to do frequent war attacks without your BK, as well as the fact she can farm DE a lot better, so you'll ALWAYS have enough for the BK.

Most oat focus on AQ to 40 so that she is done, and then they have her for farming whilst they focus on bk. I personally prefer to do BK first, he is a power house and provides excellent cover for your queen to sweep up behind
In my case, I make the decision at AQ20/BK22.
AQ to 40 all the way (6 months) without gemming anything. Do it once and for all.
After that proceed BK. Currently 31 going 32, another 2 months to go.
So, it is based on different individual preference. There is no right/wrong. You can do +5/5 each also.
I just got my royals to Level 40 yesterday. And i upgraded them 5 levels at a time with AQ being priority. That way it all balances out.

I would get them both to 30 then do AQ to 40.
Im upgrading them both at the same, sometimes a few days gap because of the DE requirement. I'm farming 40-50K DE everyday.
I have a 25/30 royals when i reach th10. I dumped my de to BK since i need AQ in farming while my barch army is still coping up. once he reached 30, i will upgrade AQ till 40 before i switch to him again.
