So I'm currently th5, I have all of my defenses maxed. I have 1 lvl 7 barracks and the others lvl 6 and lvl 5 . Most collectors and mines are lvl 6,5 and 2 lvl 8 collector and mine. So I was wondering, do I have to upgrade EVERYTHING before moving on to th6 ? I really want to move on already because I want to get healers and upgrade more troops. Please help and thank you
In the meta-game, the real constrictor of time is the research lab (besides heroes). I have 3 accts, in the latter 2 I just moved up once my lab was done researching everything I could at that level. That seems to have worked pretty well for me. Once you hit TH7 the lab research time is about 2 months, so that should give you plenty of time to catch up on other upgrades. You're also not too likely to need to raid TH5s at that level, so the loot penalty won't be a problem. I'd go to TH6, spend the week or so it takes to do researching, then move to TH7 where you can catch up on everything.Quote:

Anything before TH7 is peanuts. Build times/cost are nothing. Trust me, when you get to Th9/10 you will laugh at the thought of even thinking about this. Maxing those TH levels are the freebies.
If your main offense is maxed, go ahead to TH6. Max camps/barracks/lab and go Th7. Then max Th7. Until th8 or so, if someone wants to obliterate you, they will.

Haha, Yeah, I remember complaining about lvl 6 walls costing 75K and complaining even more as a beginner fourmer about removing the feature of upgrading lvl 7, 8 walls with elixir. Good Days.Quote:

Go to TH6, finish walls and troops that you use and of course important defenses.
The order I suggest:
- Mortars, Wizard towers (or wizard towers and then mortars), Archer Towers, Air Defense, Cannon, Leaf Blower (I am not sure if u get one @ Th6)
Hmmmmm. Get your collectors to level 8/7. And if you want to get to th 6 quickly, it's inefficient to wait until you have literally maxed every single building. Also you'll need lots of elixir to get lv3 troops and healers. Being a Town Hall 6 myself, I find everything extremely hard to save up for, Including a level 3 Wizard tower which is 720K.Quote:
