Don't kick like one poster above mentioned don't take them to war. I did same started with 15 vs15 most didn't ask the question those who did i replied with 'do you want us to lose more wars' their answer was no i said then practice for a week to be in war. They would practice post replays ask if good or bad. I would give them instructions on what to upgrade next. Atm our th8s went from just drags to gowipe hog attacks and th7s want to be early to war so they can go at the enemy lowest th8s.
Kick them all out and start fresh.
It depends on your goal as a clan.
I am currently in a lvl6 clan who does decent in war (win 70% I would guess). We have some very good attackers, some that are solid for 2 stars at th9 and some that aren't all that good.
I like to take war serious and suggested we restructure the clan so we could do better in war and it promptly got shot down by the rest of the leadership team.
We made the decision that we are a social clan that takes war seriously but not a clan that is built around war (people have never been kicked for bad attacks as long as they are using a proper war army and attempting proper attacks).
That being said we aren't about to start accepting premmies into the clan since they hurt in war.
You (or the leadership team) need to decide what your priorities in clash of clans are. Is it social/people first, war first regardless of how the chat/social aspect goes.
If its social expect to lose some wars, have some poor attackers.
I think it can be done. This process is going to require a LOT of hours and hard work and frustration. You're going to have to figure out how to put up three stars on TH9's. It's going to require you doing it to lower end th9's too. So hopefully you can convey to your clan that you need to attack lower for extra stars.
I would try to rebuilt as you are half way to lvl 7, and you already have a core to work around. 50/50 isn't that great of a win lost ratio (as many opponents are lame ducks). I think for a non war clan with all competent or better raiders or better, then win lost ratio should be around 80% (mine is a farming clan, and we are realistically around 80-90% win rate excluding the practice wars we lost by just being competent raiders).Quote:

I wouldn't outright kick a bunch of members. I have been in 2 different clans where the leaders thought kicking a bunch of people was a good idea. Those clans no longer exist. You don't know who is friends with who and that may cause existing quality members to want to leave.
What I have found to be the best approach is to be vocal in clan chat and by sending messages to CLEARLY COMMUNICATE what you expect people to do in wars, donation ratios, etc. It is more work, but you will get better results in the long run. Once it comes to the point where you need to kick someone, you will have a clear case because they did not follow the clan rules. Kicking someone after repeated warnings is much more acceptable than simply kicking people out of the blue because you feel like they are a bad player.
Slowly remove them is my advicd. Don't want to lose half the clan at once. Kick one a day (something like that) and let the fresh blood come in to replace them
So I am in a clan in which around when people were in lvl 4 clans, they had a nasty split involving back door emails, and pretty much an overthrow. I joined and we have grown very much to a legit war clan. We were losing a lot near the rebuild, so we made a feeder. The leader had an alt there and that was where people were sent to learn, whether they were someone who found out about us, they went there to be evaluated. Eventually people that did horrible in war went there to learn how to attack in a space where a failed war attack meant nothing, as it didn't hinder the progress of the main clan full of attackers who did their part, and would be a bit dissapointed if some noob failed miserably because they wanted to try out some half thought out attack.
