Supercell's rules say 1 account per device so you are breaking their rules

Ban-sledgehammer means your gonna be banned by Supercell for breaking they're Terms of Service.

While it is not against the TOS (as it once was), making it not a bannable offense, it is not recommended and not supported by Supercell's customer service department.

You can always try to get support to help, they might help, but under their terms of service they are not obligated to offer support because you breached the TOS you agreed to follow. If you insist on doing this, understand that you do so at your own risk.
