I don't think more name changes would be a good thing as this would easily be abused.

Anyway, I do think a "revert" option should be added so you can come back to you Original name.

No, I think that one shot is fine and doesn't cause too much confusion.

There are currently 3 confirmation steps before you change your name. If you go through all of these, your name will be changed for the first and last time.
